Our Carers excel in providing a wide range of essential services to enhance the quality of life of clients out in the community. The team are dedicated to ensuring that participant daily needs are met with care and respect, creating a supportive and nurturing environment to assist in promoting independence and wellbeing.

Our Carers follow the tailored direction that our Client Care Coordinators provide to ensure that each participant receives person-centered support in relation to their care needs. The range of experience and skills represented within the care team is considered with every client to ensure the best fit possible for the delivery of client support.

Whether you are a participant requiring temporary support during recovery, assistance with chronic illness management, or ongoing care, our Carers are committed to delivering exceptional services in the comfort of your own home.

Our Carers assist with a variety of activities, including:

Personal Care: Assistance with hygiene, dressing, grooming, exercises, and mobility support to ensure our clients feel comfortable, confident, and ready for the day.

Meal Preparation: Preparing nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs, and offering feeding assistance as needed.

Domestic Assistance: Light housekeeping, laundry, pet care, and other household chores to maintain a clean and safe home environment.

Community Access & Participation: Running errands, going out for coffee, walks along the beach and other tasks that support independence in daily living.

Medication Administration & Assistance: Ensuring that clients take their medications as prescribed, on time, every day.

Companionship: Providing emotional support, engaging in meaningful conversations, and participating in activities to keep clients socially connected and emotionally supported.

PEG and Catheter Care: Assisting with enteral feeding, supervision, changing and emptying catheter bags, as well as logging fluid intake and outflow where required.

Wellbeing Checks: Going into homes to check that loved ones are happy and healthy.

Community Respite: Providing support while informal supports are unavailable or need a break.
